Refund policy

• NO Refund. All sales are final. 
• NO Exchange on lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear, toys and other sensitive items.
• Exchange on clothing ONLY. (Conditions Apply). Item MUST be returned in the original packaging unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and undamaged within 48hours of receiving the item. Customer will be liable for return and re-delivery fees. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for returned items.
