We are highly committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed the next business day after your order is placed. 

  • Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to be scheduled for the next available delivery or shipment.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders are processed Mondays to Saturdays only.

We DO NOT process or ship orders on Sundays.

ONLY Knutsford Express deliveries are processed on Saturdays. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options:

Knutsford Express – $800

  • $800 drop-off fee paid to us

  • Customer pays $700 to Knutsford Express upon collection

  • Order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day

  • Drop-off days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 

Post Office / Zipmail – $500

  • Customer pays $500 Zipmail delivery fee (must be paid before package is sent off)

  • Order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days 

  • Drop-off days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Kingston Delivery – $1000

  • Delivery in Half Way Tree, Cross Roads and Downtown 

  • Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

  • Detours may attract $200 or more depending on the location. This additional fee MUST be paid to the bearer on delivery. 

Papine Delivery – $1,200

  • Delivery in the Papine area

  • Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Portland Delivery 

  • Buff Bay - $300
  • Pt. Antonio - $800
  • Delivery days: Monday -Saturday

St. Mary Delivery 

  • Annotto Bay - $600 
  • Delivery days: Monday-Saturday 

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery timelines are based on business days only (Monday–Saturday)

  • We do not deliver on Sundays 

  • We DO NOT offer same day deliveries 

  • Customers will receive order confirmation and updates via WhatsApp and/or email

Orders placed via Instagram or WhatsApp may experience delays due to processing time.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs vary based on your selected delivery method and location

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues (Knutsford, Zipmail)

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any delays as soon as possibe.
