We are highly committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Please review our local and international policies. 


Order Processing

All orders are processed the next business day after your order is placed. 

  • Orders must be placed before 5:00 PM to be scheduled for the next available delivery or shipment.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Orders are processed Mondays to Saturdays only.

We DO NOT process or ship orders on Sundays or Public Holidays. 

ONLY Knutsford Express deliveries are processed on Saturdays (orders must be placed by 5pm on Friday)

Ordering Recommendations

For the fastest processing and delivery, we strongly recommend placing your order directly on our website

Orders placed via Instagram or WhatsApp may experience delays due to processing time.

Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable 

  • Shipping costs vary and is based on your selected shipping/delivery option and location

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues 

  • High order volume

  • Unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any delays as soon as possible. 

Incorrect Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

SG Lingerie & More is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the provision of incorrect contact details or addresses.

 

LOCAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS 

We offer the following delivery options: 

Knutsford Express – $800

  • $800 drop-off fee paid to us before package is sent off

  • Customer pays $700 delivery fee to Knutsford Express upon collection

  • Order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day

  • Drop-off days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

Post Office / Zipmail – $500

  • Customer pays $500 Zipmail delivery fee (must be paid before package is sent off)

  • Order will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days 

  • Drop-off days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Kingston 

  • Half Way Tree, Cross Roads, Downtown -$1000

  • Papine -$1200

  • Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 

St. Catherine

  • Spanish Town, Portmore- $1500 up depending on your location.
    The additional fees should be paid to the bearer on delivery if the delivery fee is greater than $1500.
  • Delivery Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (bearer delivery is usually done in the evenings between 4pm & 7pm) 

Portland Delivery 

  • Buff Bay - $400
  • Delivery days: Monday - Saturday
  • Pt. Antonio - $800
  • Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

St. Mary Delivery 

  • Annotto Bay - $800 
  • Delivery days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 

Important Delivery Information

  • Delivery timelines are based on business days only (Monday–Saturday)

  • We DO NOT offer same day deliveries 

  • Customers will receive order confirmation and updates via WhatsApp and/or email

 

CARIBBEAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY 

At SG Lingerie & More, we're delighted to ship our products to customers around the world.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries in the Caribbean and Internationally. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. During sales, holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Caribbean and International delivery typically takes 3-21 business days, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and the selected shipping service. Please note that delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp (where applicable) so that you can monitor your shipment.

Delays

SG Lingerie & More is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
